By accessing the GlowSuite scheduling tools, customers agree to adhere to allocated estimated arrival targets. Token timings calculate dynamically over concurrent station metrics.
Cancellations & Slot Rescheduling
We humbly request at least 3 hours prior intimation for treatment cancellation to accommodate standby token requests. Late arrivals exceeding 20 minutes forfeit the immediate sequence tracking priority.
Liability Limits
All physical applications apply certified high-grade dermatological sets. Clients are responsible for proactively disclosing underlying reactive sensitivities or clinical history before application initiation.
